Dear Mr. Schmitz:
This is in response to your letter, in which you requested under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552, as ammended, a copy of the Nellis AFB Range Chart, stock number NRCXX01.
The Defense Mapping Agency conducted a thorough search of its records and located a limited number of charts. Those chart were distributed on a "first come, first serve" basis. Due to the numerous FOIA requests for the charts, the Agency's supply has been delpeted. The Agency is able, howver, to provide a reproduction of the Nellis AFB Range Chart, upon request, at a cost of $15.00 for color reproductions and $3.00 for black & white copies.
If you are desirous of ordering any of these reproductions, please inform us of the number and kind, i.e. color or black & white, you wish. If we have not recieved notification within 14 days from the date of this letter, the above FOIA request will be considered closed.
